SAFA reacts Luc Eymael's appointment as Chippa United's new coach: Ramara

SAFA has released a statement in reply to the announcement by Chippa United that they have appointment Belgian-born Luc Eymael. The South African soccer governing body has stated that they will object to a work permit being granted to Eymael due to comments he made while coaching in Tanzania. He called the fans of Yanga Africans monkeys and illiterate. Safa has said Eymael is an unrepentant racist and they will oppose the granting of a work permit to the Belgian national. SAFA has stated they will write to the Department of Home Affairs in order to raise their objection to grant Luc a work permit. SAFA also intends on approaching the Ethics Committee of FIFA and its own ethics committee to charge Eymael for his behaviour and utterances.
