Modern architecture, grey and white facade color palette. Stucco, clear story windows, minimalist lines. I really like this house. Let me take everybody this way. On my left hand side we have this amazing pool that complements the backyard. I love this dark blue mosaic, timeless look. Outdoor dining area and barbecue in front of the formal living room. outdoor lounging area and seating area. Regarding the backyard I would like to point out an important detail. You will have the privilege to personalize this entire area according to your own taste. The plot is generous, you have full privacy and you can design a gazebo, sunken seating, barbecue area, water feature. And after doing all these you will still have plenty of space for grass. Now that we have covered everything about the backyard, let`s go inside the villa. As always we will leave more information about this community and villa in the description below. With that done with the family area and dining area, I want to take everybody this way so we can cover the kitchen. 1 big island (punem mana pe insula) This is all composite countertop !!!! with bar seating, 1 double sink, chrom fixtures, grey flat panel cabinetry. And let`see, we have the dishwasher right here, more storage. And on the other side we have Bontempi gas cooker, built in hood, beautiful composite back splash, LED lighting, upper cabinetry. And then we have this huge picture window bringing more natural light. Now let`s come here. We have the sliding glass door opening up to this beautiful corridor, ceramic tiles, high ceiling. On my right hand side we have this beautiful dining area. Dark wood table,8 seating, stunning chandelier, modern bookshelf. An modern dining area completed by a cosy family room. L-shape sofa, armchair, floating tv area, gorgeous coffee table. I love all the great natural light coming inside the home, very modern, you do feel the connection with the outdoor space. They have the same ceramic tiles also here, and coming this way we have the rest of the cabinetry and the double side fridge. I just love the color palette of this kitchen. Still you can add more cosines by replacing the grey upper panels cabinetry with oak wood texture, and a chandelier above the island would be gorgeous. Now there is actually a hallway that takes you to the main entrance. On my right hand side we have a staircase that takes you to the first level where we have the bedrooms and family room, witch will see later. Now coming here, we find a storage under the stairs with a washer included, door opens to the maid room and this is the entry of this villa. Beautiful solid wood door, Finger print access, smart home sistem, high ceiling with a mezanine above. Stunning picture frame window, it really looks like a painting. This door opens to a powder room, that`s for the entry and for the common spaces on this side. On our right hand side we have a majlis room and the guest room. In the majlis room We have cushions on the floors completed by a large carpet and a modern coffee table. Floating tv area. Heigh ceiling, clear glass windows towards community. What I like about this room is the fact that it has a modern design with the same light grey color pallete, without any pattern, because normally the traditional majlis has an abundance of vivid colors and pattern but here they have integrated perfectly the textures and furnishings. This room can we transform into an informal family room, study room, kids room, or another bedroom if necesarry. Or if you have other ideas let me know in the comments below. Now of course we have the bathroom here. Floating vanity design, again ceramic tiles flooring, water closet, wrapped tiles walls, picture window inside the shower. Black framed Shower glass panel. Chrom fixtures. LED light. Now going back to the hallway, it takes us to the bathroom. Gorgeous free-standing tub, All right everyone, that`s it for the tour.
