You know, many people ask me about what my favourite weapons are in these games. In Dark Souls 1, it might just be the Butcher Knife. I used it a lot in my first playthrough, it’s got high damage, pretty fast attacks and restores some health with every hit. It’s that last one that got me thinking. Can I make a build where we take full advantage of that healing? The build I came up with ended up being….very strong. This build lets you absolutely destroy the game with minimal need for dodging attacks or even healing with estus! There’s some hilarious boss encounters incoming, even the strongest of them don’t have a good time against us.
