The classic Middle Ocoee trip features continuous action and exciting rapids, making it the single most popular whitewater run in the United States. Kids as young as 12 can raft the Middle Ocoee. The Ocoee Combo trip adds the Upper Ocoee and the 1996 Olympic Course to the already exciting MIddle Ocoee trips. The combo is only available on weekends May through September. Nantahala Outdoor Center was one of the first Ocoee outfitters, and NOC employees even paddled the only US C-2 boat at the 1996 Olympic Canoe/Kayak Slalom competition on the river's Olympic Course.
