On this video featuring the Duder Park, the Wiarere Falls, And the Wairere House where I stayed. Duder Park is one of the regional parks in Auckland. Situated on the Whakakaiwhara Peninsula. Its name obtained after Thomas Duder who purchased the Peninsula and surrounding land in 1866. The Duder family farmed the Peninsula for the next 130 years. Roughly 2.5-hours' drive away from Auckland City. This 153-m high waterfalls can be seen from the road. Reaching the top🏞 after The long drive and 3-hr return track is worth it. Along the track are beautiful river and cascades.
