This yacht is equipped to travel and is not a dock queen. 1988 70 Hatteras Cockpit Motor Yacht, Conundrum Accommodations and layout As you enter through the main deck at the pilot house with port and starboard wing doors, you will notice the white leather settee from the helm seat and the custom stainless steel spiral staircase, which leads up to the flybridge. Just aft of the pilothouse is the galley with stainless steel appliances including a stainless steel refrigerator, stove and convection oven. A large granite topped dinette lies to starboard, an excellent place for morning breakfast or casual gatherings. As you head aft, to starboard is aa full wet bar featuring a wine cooler, flat screen TV with surround sound, which can be viewed from anywhere in the salon. Across from the bar is an elegant dining table that surrounds (and conceals) the private stairwell leading down to the master stateroom. This table seats six comfortably. The salon seating has two spacious yet comfortable built in custom couches and two great chairs. The couches are separated by a Plexiglas coffee table which raises and lowers according to your activity. There are side tables at the forward end of each. Aft of the salon seating, is the access door to the spacious cockpit and swim platform. Here you can enjoy easy access for docking, swimming, diving, fishing, or simply relaxing and enjoying the water. The flybridge features a full canvas top from windshield to the rear seating. She has a refrigerator with a wet bar, icemaker, and counter at the base of the signal mast with four mounted bar stools. There is seating aft for 10 to 12 people on the fiberglass benches that wrap around in a U-shape, as well as two helm seats. Master Stateroom (Aft) Entertaining through a private stairway hidden behind the dinette is the master stateroom located all the way aft. This is a spacious, well-planned room with its own ensuite head with tub and marble floors. Storage is abundant with many drawers and an adjoining, large cedar lined closet, complete with safe and refrigerator. There is a flat-screen TV, nightstands with lamps, large seating area to port. The master has complete privacy from the rest of the yacht. VIP Guest Stateroom (Amidship) The VIP stateroom is down three steps and set to port. This is a spacious room with a queen size berth, ensuite head, TV, night stand with lamp and lots of storage. Across from this room are storage cabinets, with a stackable washer and dryer. Forward Staterooms (2) and Dinette Access to the forward staterooms and dinette is forward of the pilothouse and town a curved stairwell on the starboard side. Under the dinette floors is a machinery room with two generators, AC units and supplies. Opposite is a double guest cabin with crisscross upper and lower berths and an adjoining head with shower. Forward is the crew’s stateroom, or guest stateroom, with upper and lower singer berths and adjoining head with shower.
