With our 26 and 35inch 4:3 aspect ratio monitors, we have introduced new hotkey functions. The auto picture functions allows you to auto tune low resolution (CGA/EGA/VGA) video so that its full screen. With the specifications hotkey, it will show the video signal resolution, and, our preset firmware mode. If you have any mismatches that you cannot solved (either through the auto picture function, or the manual adjustment), please take a photo of the specifications page, and photos of the picture mismatch, and send an email to our office together with the arcade game title, PC, or industrial equipment you are using, and we will do our best to upgrade the firmware on the next firmware release. We have been constantly modifying and improving the arcade firmware for over 10 years.
