Chief Mporokoso REJECTS Newly recruited teachers sent to his chiefdom who are not from Mporokoso

BREAKING NEWS Chiefs in Mporokoso District have rejected lamentably the list of the Newly recruited teachers deployed there. Chief Mumpolokoso Ackson Musenge has questioned the just ended recruitment process, noting that only 3 locals have been employed. The chief highlited the challenges youths in Mporokoso District are facing once they are left out during employment. His royal highness has reject the newly recruited teachers in his district noting that the process was not credible and that a lot of youths in the district are qualified and yet they were left out, the chief has further asked the government to allow people re-apply whenever they want to recruit because the database is not helping the youths of Mporokoso District.The Chief asked the District Commissioner to take the information to the people higher up in government offices. He further asked for the number of teachers who have Remained in the district after 30,000 teacher recruitment. Chief Mumpolokoso has asked the District Education Board to consider locals during the teacher recruitment because the ones they bring in the district do not stay for a long time. His loyal highness noted that respect is not just kneeling but obeying orders is also respect, he reiterated the importance of prioritizing locals when recruiting. He further encouraged the ones is position to work accordingly and help people without favoring. Speaking at the same meeting the chief advisor Mulenga Mbotwa says the locals should be a priority and that looking at the opening of the trade school more youths will be equipped with different skills , which will be good for our district and that going forward they will also want to be considered with different jobs according to their expertise. Another Advisor Musawa Fube also highlighted that the locals have really been sidelined despite president Hakainde Hichilema's decentralization policy in the recruitment process which is making other youths lose faith in the system because they feel unconsidered and the head woman for chilala village says that the government should consider the local youths first before looking else where.
