In this lesson, Pastor Chuck Smith expounds on Revelation chapter 4, illuminating the three divisions from chapter 1 “Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter” (Revelation 1:19). Further, Chuck explains John's awe-inspiring vision of God's presence on the divine throne, the radiant brilliance it radiated, and the rainbow circling it, the presence of 24 elders seated on thrones and donning golden crowns. He explores whether they represent the church or cherubic angelic beings giving insights into both views. This lesson also emphasizes the heavenly worship by the cherubim and the 24 elders who pour their adorations towards God, expressing His worthiness of glory, honor and power, forever and ever - Amen.
