This informational webinar covered how these seemingly different fields can be combined for a fulfilling, lucrative career. The event began with an introduction to the expansive, specialized field of Medical Illustration by the Student Association of Medical Illustrator's President, Eliza Stierle, and moderated by Vice President, Dalena Huynh, and first-year representative, Clara Baumgarten. A panel of current graduate students enrolled in UIC's Biomedical Visualization MS program then highlighted the various avenues within the field including: Illustration Animation AR/VR Serious Learning Games Graphic Design Molecular Visualization Instructional Design and more This event concluded with a Q&A session fielded by our panelists.
