This 2021 Kawasaki ZX-10r has had a few updates over the years to help increase power, but this time we’re trying something new! M5 Race Fuel!! That’s right! What is M5 race fuel? M5 race fuel is a high performance, methanol based fuel that is made to produce more power than standard methanol while still offering improved detonation protection. It’s really just methanol fuel mixed with a small amount of nitro. To run M5 race fuel in your motorcycle, you’ll need a custom dyne tune no matter what. If you don’t, you could end up with wall wash which could cause a lot of harm to your bike. With M5, you’ll see it produces around 5% more power than your typical methanol fuel. This tuning service is something we’ll be able to offer you as well if you’re looking to run M5 fuel in your motorcycle. This is NOT something we can do without the bike being here. You can ship your motorcycle to us or deliver it, but we can’t just do an ECU flash for this particular fuel. Each bike runs a little different and the AFR Air Fuel Ratio needs to be dialed in as its very different that any other fuel you’ll run in your motorcycle. How much power does M5 race fuel make?
