Removal of Multiloculated Cyst and Scar Tissue on the Face

This was a little bit complicated in terms of approach but not so much in terms of execution. While there were certainly a few cysts located along his right cheek, the bigger issue was the intervening tissue was quite firm and scarred down. This put us in the position where we were forced to consider removing the entire area if you want the inflammation to settle down. On the face, this can be daunting. However, so long as you are diligent, have attention to detail, and keep a close eye to achieve a good surgical result, these should go well. I've included a few follow up videos so that you can see how the healing is progressing. The final video leaves a result that I would deem decent. It is still not perfect but should continue to settle down over a little bit longer period of time.
