This is bilateral stimulation music with an added binaural beat that fades in and out. The binaural beat is a 2Hz delta wave. This 1 hour session is ethereal, calming, and slow paced. The bilateral beat is bass-heavy and slow. Bilateral stimulation is used for anxiety, PTSD, restlessness, and other stress related ailments. Depending on the session, use bilateral stimulation to enter a state of deep relaxation, drift off into a deep sleep, meditate, or motivate. During the video you'll hear a beat that goes between the left and right ear.
