CASE#56 Immediate placement with immediate provisionalization of dental implants in the esthetic zone results in excellent short-term treatment outcome in terms of implant survival and minimal change of peri-implant soft and hard tissue dimensions. CASE REPORT: A 39 yrs old female referred from endodontic department to Surgical department to replace 12,11,21,22 teeth that have un favorable prognosis due to horizontal fracture in anterior teeth after the patient had trauma 1 month ago.. The patient was given a detailed explanation concerning the present state , the best replacement option and the proposed procedure which included immediate implants placement and loading along with bone grafting and temporary bridge placement. Pre-surgical radiographic evaluation was carried out with OPG and CT for appropriate treatment planning. In CT diameter of the socket apical to crestal bone and length of the socket were detected. TREATMENT DONE: After extraction of teeth 12 ,11,21,22 and tissue debridement , immediate dental implants loading ,bone graft and temporary bridge were placed . Post-operative periapical radiograph was taken ,medications were prescribed and post operative follow up after 1 week.
