🔥 Stop wasting time on random AI tutorials. Here’s the book + framework that effectively builds your ML/AI foundations. --- 📘Download the textbook here: https://www.statlearning.com/ --- 🚨 Are you stuck in ML/AI roadmap hell? Jumping between random tutorials, blog posts, and endless YouTube videos without making real progress? In this video, I share a simple 3-step framework for learning machine learning the right way: 1️⃣ Slow down, read books. 📘 Start with An Introduction to Statistical Learning with Python (ISLP) if you’re new to ML. 2️⃣ Self-test. 🤖 Use ChatGPT (or another tool) to actively test yourself on what you’re learning. 3️⃣ Projects. 🐍 Do Python projects tied directly to the book you’re reading. 🎯 Why this matters Most people bounce between surface-level tutorials without building real depth. ISLP (and generally using books to learn) cuts through the noise and gives you the foundations of ML and statistical learning in a structured, rigorous way. This series will: ✅ Break down the most important concepts from each chapter of ISLP ✅ Provide interactive Colab demos in Python ✅ Help you build a strong foundation for your AI/ML journey Whether you’re a beginner or someone reinforcing fundamentals, this approach will keep you progressing. --- 📝 ChatGPT Instructions for Self-Testing (referenced in video) You are helping me learn this material. Often I will just state "quiz me on chapter X" and I would like you to create (4 option) multiple choice questions testing me on the material of chapter X. Provide one question at a time and grade my responses out of 10. Even if I am correct, provide some feedback for improvement. Make them increasingly more difficult if I am answering correctly. --- 👉 Subscribe to follow along as I go chapter by chapter through ISLP, turning the key lessons into clear, practical takeaways. #MachineLearning #ISLP #StatisticalLearning #AI #ML #Python #statistics
