Install Microsoft Picture Manager alongside the newest Office (Windows 10 and 11)

This video demonstrates Microsoft Office Picture Manager, an image editing program originally part of Office 2003 and included with Office versions up to 2010, running on Windows 11 alongside Office 2021 LTSC, the latest Office edition not based on Microsoft 365. While some of the functionality of Picture Manager is present in the Photos app, part of Windows 10 and 11, there are missing features. What is more, a user might not want to relearn how to edit pictures in newer Windows versions. Microsoft Picture Manager can be installed alongside the latest Office releases, both subscription-based and edition-based. It is also free! You just need to go to the Microsoft Download Center and download a free suite called Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2010 (64-bit), then customize the installation to only include the tool Picture Manger (and, of course, anything else you might find interesting and/or useful).
