Welcome to my open house tour in Jersey City! In this video, I'm walking you through a townhouse that my New Jersey team has listed in the Hilltop neighborhood of Jersey City. This townhouse is just a short distance to the PATH train station, and is in close proximity to New York City. The house is airy, gets direct sunlight throughout the day and is located on higher ground away from the Jersey City flood areas. As you arrive, you'll notice the attention to detail that went into updating the front of this historic home, with its gorgeous bay window surrounded with trim work, beautiful cornice, wrought iron fencing and railings, brownstone steps, as well as double front doors that were imported from Italy.
