Hello everyone! Today I am doing an awesome collab where we share top weight watchers freestyle friendly meals. I choose five of the easiest meals I make because I'm super lazy and I know a lot of you can relate, so I hope you find these recipes helpful! Please share your favorite recipes below! Laura's Kitchen Sink Chili--1 pt per cup (A Variation of DIY Candy's Zero Point recipe you can find here: https://diycandy.com/weight-watchers-...) 2lbs of 96/4 Extra Lean Ground Beef (Less lean will mean more pts) 1 15 oz. can black beans, drained 2 15 oz. cans pinto beans, drained 2 10 oz. cans Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce ( I get Hunt's) 1/2 Tablespoon cumin 1/2 Tablespoon oregano 1 Tablespoon chili powder 1 1/2 teaspoons of minced garlic 1 onion, diced 1 diced green bell pepper 1 can of corn, drained 1 lime, quartered, and then squeeze the fresh juice over the mix in crockpot before cooking First I brown the meat with the onions and then dump that into the crockpot and then dump everything else into it and squeeze the lime on top. I mix it up a bit and then cook in crockpot on high for 4 hours (could do low for 6-8 hours) and I mix a couple of times while it's cooking and then it's done! Sriracha Chicken Quesadillas--4 pts per quesadilla 2 cups of shredded chicken 1/3 cup Sriracha 2 tablespoons of light sour cream 2 cups of shredded cheese (I use 2% Mexican. Fat free would lessen pts) 8 extreme wellness wraps (because mix is enough for 8 quesadillas) In large mixing bowl, combine chicken, sriracha, cheese, and sour cream. Fill each wrap with 1/8 of the mixture. Then, spray skillet with 0pt spray and put quesadillas in to cook. I also spray each side of the wrap with a little of the spray too to get it crispy.
