Lemon Yogurt Cake Square pan 20 x 20 cm Unsalted butter 150g Sugar 160g Eggs 3 Milk 80g Plain yogurt 80g Lemon zest 1 Tbsp Lemon juice About 75g Lemon extract 1/2 tsp (optional) All purpose flour 230g Baking powder 1/2 Tbsp Pinch of salt (2g) Lemon Cream cheese Frosting Unsalted butter 35g Cream cheese 75g Powdered sugar 80g Lemon juice 1Tbsp Lemon extract 1/4 tsp(optional) = Сливочное масло несоленое 150г Сахар 160г Яйца 3 Молоко 80 г Простой йогурт 80 г Цедра лимона 1 ст. Щепотка соли (2 г) Глазурь из сливочного сыра с лимоном Несоленое масло 35г Сливочный сыр 75 г Сахарная пудра 80г Лимонный сок 1 ст. Лимонный экстракт 1/4 чайной ложки (по желанию) = 🍋 Depending on the size of the lemon, you need 2 large lemons or 3 small lemons. Please prepare ✓ Leave butter, eggs, milk, and plain yogurt at room temperature for at least 30 minutes to remove cold. Prepare lemon juice and lemon zest. Grease the pan and line with parchment paper, for easy removal. 1. Put unsalted butter in a clean bowl and soften it. Add sugar and mix, then add eggs one by one and gently mix them all. 2. Add in milk, plain yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, and lemon extract and mix with a whisk. 3. Sift all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt) and add in the batter. Mix smoothly without lumps. 4. Pour all the batter into the prepared pan. Bake in an oven preheated to 180℃ (356℉) for 30 minutes. (The baking time can vary from one oven to the other. Check if a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.) 5. While baking the cake, prepare the lemon cream cheese frosting. Put unsalted butter and cream cheese in a clean bowl and mix smoothly. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. 6.
