Turn up resolution to maximum to see the spit (1080p FHD upload) . I just downloaded YouTube Studio app to see analytics. I was surprised only 44% of viewers are in Canada & over 14% are in France, Italy, & Romania. I'll have to look into providing English, French, etc captions because even I a native English speaker can't understand everything being said. Woman arrested for spitting on passengers on Edmonton LRT train. Blond lady said "She spit on me." Police wanted to talk to 2nd lady spat on, but she walked away not knowing she was spat on because of her earphones. 8: 43 PM, ETS LRT Stadium to Belevedere train, November 6, 2018, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Made with KineMaster android (free version). I tried a bunch of free android video editors: KineMaster, Cyberlink PowerDirector, FilmoraGo, Cute Cut (free version limited to 30s), InShot, Vllo, Picsart, Blur Image & Video (Arzal Nazir), etc. For crime videos, KineMaster was the best, especially drawing tool, freeze frame, slow motion, pan & zoom, audio extraction for voice masking, & face masking using keyframes. Evidence, whether a fist, drugs, spit, a knife, a gun, a stolen item, etc is small, fast, hard to capture. KineMaster has a fun voice changer, but a computer programmer could theoretically reverse it, so don't use it for crime voice masking. Using sticker to mask 1st victim done using keyframes in KineMaster. Basically, you layer sticker in 2 or more places & KineMaster interpolates everything between. Some trial & error. A disappointment is although you can import a JPEG photo into KineMaster & edit it stitched into a video, you cannot export a JPEG photo out. You can make a screenshot of a exported 4s video from a JPEG import, but I'm worried about degradation. My research tells me degradation shouldn't happen unless the screen is lower resolution than original file. Regardless, that's confusing & more hassle for the public. Bad news: all 4 of my KineMaster projects disappeared, although I had all my source MP4 & JPEG files & exported MP4 files, but all *.kine files gone. I recently deleted & moved almost all files in phone storage, but user can't even see *.kine files, so user can't delete them by accident; however, moving & deleting source files in Internal storage destroyed all the projects. This is warning to export all *.kine files as backup. I did so only with 1 partially completed *.kine file when I tried to use Bluetooth to send the file to my tablet (didn't work by the way because my tablet at 720p is lower than my phone at 1080p). By far I've spent more time worrying about copyright law than anything else. Originally, I wanted included an audio clip from Mötley Crüe's "Looks That Kill" video, but although fair use is legal for making a news, there's a lot of grey area, so I deleted it. Official Mötley Crüe website has 0 info on getting a license for their music. I used a few "Looks that Kill" lyrics to describe my suspect. I changed "she'll slice you apart" to [you'll get the spray]. The lady in Looks That Kill by Mötley Crüe is like a cat, but my lady with looks that kill is like an alpaca. Good example for why satire should be fair use under copyright law. Instagram has many music clips including "Looks that Kill" for legally adding to Reels; however, that wouldn't help here because I need to delete some lyrics in between & add my own lyric. I assume I can use this as fair use for crime reporting. https://www.google.com/amp/s/edmonton... YouTube should include the 462+103+87+21=673 views from the previous editions in this view count. I'd like a premium subscription to KineMaster, so pay KineMaster & tell KineMaster to contact YouTube to contact me to provide the service. Tell us whether you want credit or not. I'm trying to push Video Editors & YouTube to encourage the fans to support channels & video editors with paid versions. #MadewithKineMaster #edmontoncrime #crime
