The OEM plus wiring and starting/functionality was a massive undertaking and it was difficult to say the very least. We could make a complete other video alone simply detailing out just the wiring for that system. With that said we will give away some cliff notes of what you have to do in order to start this 3UZFE SC430 modified ECU inside the FRS Chassis using the FRS ECU A B C D connectors along with the Gauge cluster Wiring, but for the full spreadsheet of all of the connectors, all of the information to make your own harness, cut sheet for all of the lengths etc hit our Patreon page and start your monthly subscription as this won't be the last long detailed video series that we do. Here are just some of the things you need to do to get the FRS to work correctly for the swap: FRS Chassis/Fuse Relay box will not power up unless you supply an accessory(key on) Ground (-) going to the A35-13 wire on the "B" connector of the OEM FRS ECU connector. This is crucial and powers up the main EFI relays, Fuel Pump relay inside the relay box (Pass Side Fender well area). Without an external relayed grounding source going to this wire, we weren't able to power up even the Link ECU or Fuel Pump, Fans, Etc. This held us up for days until we figured it out. FRS Chassis Fuel pump bypass for OEM+ ECU solution ONLY(Do NOT do this for any Standalone or Link ECU based systems). On the Passenger side(USDM), rear seat, upper plastic area, there is a plastic interior panel where the rear passenger's right arm would rest. Behind this plastic panel there is a 6-wire Pulse width modulated Fuel pump controller(factory) and a 6-wire harness in a vertical orientation. You need to jumper the two end wires (thicker gauge wires) These are the positive wires, that need a fuse between them(for safety), in order to send Key-on 12v+ to the fuel pump when using the OEM+ ECU solution. this could also be controlled by the Lexus ECU if you run an external, ground controlled relay from the Lexus SC430 2001-2004 ECU "B14" wire, then send 87 (12v+) to the Thick Red wire on the FRS Chassis Fuel pump controller wiring harness.
