-Boil 4 Medium Sized Potatoes For Masala -Take 5 Green Chillies -1/2 inch of Garlic chopped -5 Large Cloves of Garlic -Coarsely Grind it -Add water if needed To make the Aloo Masala -Heat 2 tbsp of Oil -Splutter 1/2 tsp of Mustard Seeds -Add a sprig of Curry Leaves -A pinch of Asafoetida -Add the ground course paste -Saute on a medium flame for a few seconds -Add 1 tsp of Turmeric Powder and mix well -Cover and Cook for a minute -Add Salt to taste -Add boiled Potatoes -Mix and Mash well -Add Finely Chopped Coriander and mix well -Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes on a low flame To make the Besan Batter -Take 1 Cup of Besan -Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder -Hing -Salt to taste -Mix well -Add water to make a thick batter -Add 1 tbsp of Oil (to add Mohan) For Green Chutney -Take 1 cup of Coriander -1 Green Chilli -1small ginger -2 cloves of Garlic -Add water -Drizzle half a lemon juice -Add salt to taste -Add a tsp of Cumin Seeds -Grind them into a paste For Lasun/ Garlic Chutney -Fry 4-5 cloves of Garlic until golden brown -Make Churi of the besan and fry it -Add it to the Garlic in a grinding pot -Add 1 tsp red chillie powder -Grind it into a coarse powder -After the Aloo Masala is ready, make fistful balls of it -Coat the Potato Balls well in Besan -Deep fry it in hot oil until golden To make Crisp Fried Chillies -Slit Green Chilies from the centre -Add a pinch of salt -Add them to the Kadhai & toss & fry until they turn light green in colour -Assemble and Serve! #mumbaivadapavrecipe #vada #vadapav #vadapavrecipe #mumbaistreetfood #mumbaistreetfoods #mumbaifoodie #smitadeorecipe
