For today’s project in focus I will be talking about Mandtra Residences. Mandtra Residences is 3 tower, high-rise condo project, managed by Cebu Landmasters Inc. in partnership with Ixidor Holdings through their joint venture Cebu Homegrown Developers Inc. which was launched in 2021. They project broke ground on September 29, 2021 and sold out 90% of the units in its first tower in just five months. Another winning project from CLI which indicates strong demand for this type of real estate project from young professionals and entrepreneurs making their first residential condominium investment. This has prompted the company to launch its second tower ahead of schedule.
