The most dangerous gang members live here, both the MS13 "Mara Salvatrucha" and Barrio 18. They serve sentences ranging from 200 to 1,000 years; anyone who enters here will never get out. In 2015, El Salvador was the most dangerous country in the world. Today, thanks to CECOT, the Salvadoran people live in peace. We spent an entire night in Nayib Bukele's prison, where we saw how they shower and train, tasted their controversial food, and interviewed one of the inmates.
