Whenever I have to travel to Pune I always prefer to go via road and that too with MSRTC Bus Shivneri. MSRTC is Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation which was launched in 1950s and will complete 74years in 2024. Recently, MSRTC has launched more than 100 electric models of Shivneri on road and they are manufactured by Olectra company. The journey becomes so much comfortable and easy with Shivneri that it is my go to choice for travel to Pune. The bus also comes with ample luggage space, comfortable seats, USB charging and many modular changes. Overall the interior of Shivneri bus is top of the class. The ticket for one way journey for men is Rs 550 per person while for women is half priced at Rs 275 per person. While for the senior citizens the journey is free of cost.
