I decided to remaster my completions of alex's trilogy because I felt like they deserved better. It was fun replaying them and they look much better than i remember. Octane - Before I considered this map to be the weakest. Unfortunately I still stand by it. I don't like the dark atmosphere but the gameplay is fun once you memorise it. It's just not my type. Mandragora - Honestly it's much better than I gave it credit for. It's definitely the most beautiful of the 3 and it's enjoyable. However I still am not a fan of the ending as it's pretty easy to choke there and it makes you repeat all the jumps which is lazy. Agitato - My god I forgot how brutal and good this map was. While it lacks pacing, the raw gameplay more than makes up for it as it doesn't stop throwing all sorts of obstacles. Definitely the most enjoyable map in the trilogy as well as the most consistent surprisingly. I managed to rebeat Agitato in only a few hours after 7 months which shows it's consistency. Also i ranted about the longjump to the truss in the final tower but i managed to fluke the entire final stretch in 1 attempt lol. The jump is fine.
