This is the only sloop-rigged Swan 39 Pilot House produced — from a builder often called the “Rolex of sailboats.” On paper, it looks like a rare opportunity. Structurally solid. Legendary pedigree. Priced low because it needs serious work. And that work is not small. This boat requires: • Bottom stripped and epoxy barrier coated • Engine refurbishment • Mast conversion from in-mast furling to slab reefing • Teak deck removal and replacement • Full interior rebuild As a captain with decades at sea, I have the skill set to take on a total refit.
