Channel page: / @yellowspice Please subscribe: / @yellowspice Ingredients (for bajji only) Eggs ( we used 4, but you can use as many as you like) ½ tsp. chili powder ½ tsp. salt ½ tps. pepper powder 1 cup besan or chick pea flour 2 tbs. rice flower Pinch of baking powder Few leaves of corriander ½ cup water Oil for deep frying Steps: 1. Sprinkle salt, pepper powder, and chili powder on the eggs; make sure to do it evenly 2. Mix the besan, rice flower, baking powder, cilantro, water, chili powder, and salt in a bowl with a whisk 3. Heat up stove on a medium heat, add oil 4. Once the oil is heated up, dip egg in the batter and fry 5. Your egg bajji is ready! Extra masala ingredients Peanuts (pan roasted) Diced tomato Diced onion Pepper powder Chili powder Salt Chaat masala Coriander Lemon Mix all of these ingredients with the Bajji! Enjoy your dish!
