Americana/Country song on piano...I was working with a co-writer on a song and she said she had to go. Actually, she said. "I've gotta go. Gotta be home in a minute". It flashed to me as a song title. I asked her if she wanted to co-writer from that as a title. She said "No. You take it". I immediately got the idea that "Home In A Minute" would be a vignette life-story song starting in grade school with a young girl who texts her parent that she'll be "Home In A Minute" (which became the chorus). And I wrote it on piano, which I began playing only about six months before I wrote that song, as opposed to my decades of writing guitar based songs. It's one of my most well received songs.
