He shows us how he prepares Grilled Whole Sardines with Cabbage and Smoked Tomatoes. Deckman’s Grilled Quail with Black Beans, Pickled Radish, Purslane, Chorizo and Pumpkin Seed Powder and Pipian Sauce has become the restaurant’s signature dish.
