40th Graduation Anniversary of Class 1977 SFXC

This video is produced in commemoration of the 40th graduation anniversary of class 1977 of the St. Francis Xavier's college, Kowloon, Hong Kong. St. Francis Xavier's College (SFXC), established in 1955 is a Catholic school run by the Marist brothers. It is named after St. Francis Xavier who was a co-founder of the Jesuit fathers' missionary. The Jesuit fathers came to mainland China and established the St Francis Xavier's college at Shanghai in 1874, before it was later taken over by the Marist brothers. After world war II, the Marist brothers left Shanghai for Hong Kong to continue the legacy of youth education. Graduates of class 1977 SFXC gathered for a reunion dinner at our Alma Mater on Dec 1, 2017. We are delighted and honoured to have the company of our ex-teachers celebrating with us. We are grateful to Alma Mater for the permission to use the school facilities for this occasion. This video, played at our reunion dinner was warmly received as it is highly representative of the collective memories of our old school days and post-graduation gatherings.
