Ingredients: Two sticks of unsalted butter room temperature 3/4 cup granulated sugar 3/4 cup light brown sugar 1/4 cup of milk 2 large eggs 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 3 cups all purpose flour (sifted) 1/4 teaspoon of salt 2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1 1/4 cup of fruity pebbles cereal 1 cup of white chocolate chips 1 cup of marshmallows Instructions: 1.Preheat oven to 350° in line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl with a handmixer cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy 3. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract beat until smooth 4. In a separate medium-size bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt 5. Begin to mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients half at a time with your mixer on low. 6. Add in 1/4 cup of milk with a mixer on low 7. Now gently fold in the fruity pebble’s cereal. Next add in your marshmallow by folding them into the mixture. Lastly, fold in your white chocolate chips. 8. Now lined baking sheet with parchment paper. 9. Using a tablespoon, Scoop a full tablespoon of mixture into your hand and roll in a bar. Fill the baking sheet with the balls 10. Place the cookie sheet with the cookie dough balls into the freezer for 30 minutes. 11. After the 30 minutes place the cookies into a preheated oven at 350°. Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes, but make sure you watch them as you don’t want them to over brown. Then repeat until all all the mixture is baked. #FruityPebblesCookieRecipe
