Hey guys, so looks like our massive massive campaign from social media influencers to the media to people just talking all over India and the world about the taxi situation has finally finally finally got the government to move its legs and invite providers like Uber and Ola into Goa, but the battle is not over. The Travel and Tourism Authority of Goa has shared a link for the public to share their opinion. The window of opportunity to end the Goa Taxi Mafia rule is closing soon, so VOTE NOW. https://forms.gle/h5g19iUS4Dy41yDU7 Now, here are five reasons why I think Goa is still one of the best places for you guys to invest in. So the first thing is Goan culture. Now as most of you know, Goa was a Portuguese colony for 461 years, which means that a lot of Western liberal values have rubbed off onto us. And you'll find that Goan people are very laid back and relaxed. The kind of food that we eat, the lifestyle, there's hardly any judgment. You can wear what you like, you can sing, you can speak, you can really chill out and enjoy life without having to worry about too many social constructs and traditions and rituals and so on. So in that sense, culturally, Goa is far more advanced than the rest of India. The second thing would be the cuisine. And I'm not talking about fish curry rice, okay, because according to me, fish curry rice every day is super unhealthy. If you really want to be fit, if you want to hit the gym, if you want to go swimming, and if you're a fitness enthusiast, then you'll find that Goa really has healthy food. You can get your grilled fish, fresh from the sea, you can get your fresh chicken, you can get your meats, you can get your fresh vegetables from the fields. So in terms of that, your ingredients, you can get them all across Goa for a fraction of the price and super tasty. So food is my second reason why Goa is the best place in India. The third reason, according to me, is healthcare. Now I've spent half my life in the UK. For me to get an appointment with the NHS for a simple scan or a cough or a stomach ache is six months to a year. In Goa, I can see a super speciality doctor, a neurosurgeon, a cardiologist, an endocrinologist in under 48 hours and for how much? Between six to 800 rupees, right? So basically healthcare prevention is fantastic in Goa. The fourth is climate. Now in Goa, we have three climates. We've got the monsoons, which is beautiful. You ask any Goan and they'll tell you our favourite time of year is the monsoons. I'll tell you why, because the rains wash away all the dirt. You've got lots of greenery, the beaches are quiet, you get these little warm spells of sunshine that light up the beaches and in between the trees, it's so beautiful. So you've got the monsoons. Of course, you've got a summer, which isn't as killing as the Dubai summer. So summers are beautiful in Goa and you have the winter season, which is roughly October to February and the temperature is around 24 degrees up to 26 degrees and it's fantastic. And one of the most important reasons guys is the lifestyle in Goa. And I'll tell you something, when you reach a particular age, right, let's say you touch the age of 40 and you really don't want to do your washing, you don't want to do your cooking, you don't want to do your cleaning. In the evening, you want to step out, go to the beach, you've got a driver, you've got a chef, you've got cleaners, you've got someone who will come and do your massage for you. In your garden, you can have a dog, you can go running on the beach. I mean, this is the life. So in terms of lifestyle, I think Goa is unparalleled compared to the rest of India.
