PHello Lovely Friends As the Chinese New Year is around the corner, today I am making this Rice Cooker Recipe of Lap Mei Fan. It turned out so well, aromatic and flavourful. If you are a into wax meat, then the more you should try this out for the Reunion Dinner. This Rice Cooker Recipe of Lap Mei Fan is really so easy, simple and quick to do. Honestly I don't know what to call this Lap Mei Fan in english so let's just call this Chinese Wax Meat Rice. Actually the main ingredients here are the wax meat such as chinese sausages, wax duck and wax bacon. If you are living oversea, you will be able to go to Asia Market to get these wax meat for your Chinese Wax Meat Rice. As for the steam rice part, just cook the rice like how we normally do it with the rice cooker. Well, as current in Malaysia, we are into our Movement Control 2.0 extended. So many of us are unable to return back hometown to celebrate the Chinese New Year with our family. But that should not stop us from celebrating this joyous and happy festival of the year.
