This webinar will detail a methodology for understanding, tracking, and measuring the performance of nonprofit organizations–the Organizational Performance Index (OPI). The webinar will provide the theoretical framework underpinning the tool, details of the tool and its application, as well as a case study illustrating the use of results for organizational growth. During our time together, Kaylynn will: Introduce the Pact organization. Provide a case for measuring organizational performance. Describe the Organizational Performance Index (OPI).
