Volume Up! Because then we get to hear who is coming in - No doubt at all who it was! We love you Iris! Iris, as we know, was coming to their nest less and less and less... Then bang, for two days in a row, she both surprised and graced us w/her presence on their nest. We honor The Queen as she honors us w/her very existence! We miss you beautiful one! We see this day, she flew on in early morn', alerted to danger, then called and called... Was she looking for somebirdy? It didn't seem like fish-calling to me... I DO know how lovely it was to see her and to hear her - up close and personal! ~Also on that day - we got blessed to see her hubby Finnegan as you will see in the next clip coming... ~We adore you Queen Iris, thank you for coming to your nest to let us see you one more time! Safe travels to you always Iris - may you get to your migration place safely and enjoy your extended stay. And then, may your flight back to your nesting place and to the MANY humans around our world who adore you - be a safe journey as well. We will endlessly pray for you as we will also hope to be graced by your presence once again, come April 2025. ~What an amazing season! Happy for Iris, happy for their whole family, happy for us! Of course it's sad to see them no more... and at the very same time, what a total blessing to be able to experience this magnificent season right along w/them all. What a season of endless surprises! ~There were some scares and dangerous moments but the overriding daily events were of beauty, growth, joy and happiness! ~A new and devoted mate! Wow! Two babies!! Wow! Lots of fish! A growing, thriving, brand new osprey family blessed both Iris and us! ~So yes - TYSVM for the gift of these cams and for ALL that you do!
