Follow me on my Skin needling journey!!! This treatment involves applying a small roller made of tiny surgical needles that penetrate the surface of the skin. The roller creates tiny puncture channels that encourage an organic collagen renewal and regeneration response. It is designed to accelerate skin renewal, increasing skin firmness and elasticity, It basically reinforces the skin’s supportive elements by encouraging it to repair itself. This treatment is perfect for a variety of skin conditions including acne scarring, stretch marks, fine lines, pigmentation, (which you guys know I have) enlarged pores, blackheads and scarring. The skin Therapist uses a cosmedical DNC derma which it's a really fast effective treatment. Depending on your skin concerns they do recommend 6 to 8 treatments about 5 to 6 weeks apart but for me I think I'll only need half that amount of for a great result. I was in a and out of the clinic in roughly 1 hour and 40mins which included the numbing time. It also an ideal treatment for people whom can not undertake laser therapy treatments for skin conditions. Downtime wise I was advised a slight redness may occur after your treatment but that will fade within a few hours. Also there's an after care program to follow using a few key products which I show you later in the video. Don't be alarmed I know in this video it does look quite intense especially with how much my forehead was bleeding but it wasn't painful. I recommend you google before and after pics as its so worth it. Directly after my treatment I was looking sunburnt and super red so I also went under the byonik light for an extra 10mins. This is an add on treatment this light is great for excelerating the healing process reducing the redness and inflammation having a calming effect on the skin.
