Hii everyone! Ya'll know I love a good apartment tour. It allows me to see what's out there to make sure I know I am getting my money's worth at my current place of residence. What did you all think of this apartment? I've seen it in passing so many times but finally took some time to take a self-guided tour and I was NOT disappointed. This apartment is located on City Ave right across the street from a Target and Chick-fil-a (YAY!!!) SOOOO many hidden gems in Philly and this is one of them. Now, the pricing for the 1 bed and den unit was not available, but the studio that was available on the website started at 1.8K, so I'll allow you to do the math on that one! This building has on-site parking (i think for a fee), dog washing area/dog park, lounge, courtyard lounging and grill area, pool, quiet areas for studying and it's a great area!
