Five flap Z plasty

Five flap z plasty is a modification of z plasty. it is also known as a jumping man flap. It is basically a combination of two opposing z plasties placed laterally and a v-y advancement flap placed in the middle. This flap is commonly used for release and reconstruction of first web space contracture, axillary and elbow web contractures. As web contractures are common following burn injury and trauma, idea about this flap can give a suitable solution.
