After the FAA issued America's first ever non-intentional airspace closure, no civil aircraft of any type was allowed to fly over the United States... until the morning hours of September 12th, still in the midst of the national airspace closure, the FAA allowed the cross-country flight of a singular civillian airplane. How was this airplane granted permission to fly during the nation's highest security airspase closure ever, and for what purpose did this civillian airplane take flight?
