The Sauce: 3 tbs Sesame seed Oil 1 tbs Rice vinegar 1 tbs Minced garlic 1 tbs Ground or grated ginger 3 tbs Soy sauce Egg Roll Ingredients 1 lb ground hamburger ( you can also use ground chicken or pork) 2 cups coleslaw mix *(You can buy this already chopped up in a bag or make your own) 1 cup angel hair cabbage * 1/2 cup shaved almonds 1 cup fresh spinach 1 cup chopped Bok Choy 1 tbs Soy Sauce 1/4 cup water Directions: In a skillet on medium heat, brown up hamburger meat. While the meat is cooking, in a separate bowl, mix all of the ingredients for sauce listed above and set aside. Once the meat is browned, add in shaved almonds let cook for 2 to 3 min then slide the meat to one side of the pan. Add in the remaining egg roll ingredients. Add in a 1/4 cup of water and and let steam until vegetable is steamed and soft. Pour in the sauce you made and mix together. Remove from heat and eat! Simple and delicious!
