Many of us living with chronic mental health challenges spend years doing everything we're “supposed” to do: going to therapy, taking medication, processing emotions, analyzing behaviors, learning coping skills, etc. And yet, when it comes to actually re-engaging with the life 'things' — routines, relationships, meaning, identity — the support often drops off. This talk is about naming that gap with honesty and compassion, and exploring a different way forward. Not by pushing through. Not by fixing yourself.
