Cooking: Preheat oven to 240°C or use a *tandoor*. Roast 30‑35 min, then broil 5 min for char. Rest 10 min, then slice or serve whole with raita & *naan*. Chicken Roll Filling: Shredded tandoori chicken or boiled chicken mixed with mayo, chili sauce, sliced onions, cabbage, carrots, and *green chilies*. Tortilla/Paratha – warm, spread with butter, place filling, roll tightly. Toast on a griddle 2‑3 min per side for crisp edges.
