Also, in case you don't know how messed up Ascend leaders are, they gave the first failnot they made to the owner of an account they're still paying off. They couldn't afford to enchant the bow, so they coerced Vikk to pay for a failnot that he isn't even next in line to receive - in order to +8 it. As you can tell, it's going to be very hard if even possible to make the one they're currently working on for O who is getting it only because he's a leader. I could name 5+ other ascend much more deserving than O who actually stick it out during fights and who are meaningful to their alliance.
