The watch is a bit larger than a traditional Patek Philippe at 39mm across the case. It is 11.4mm thick with a domed bezel. The yellow gold visually increases the size of the watch, yet is only measures 47mm from lug to lug. The watch does have a nice weight to it with the substantial strap, yellow gold case and yellow gold folding buckle.
