Perfect for lunchbox, ramzan recipe dinner, or weekend treat! 🥩 Ingredients for Beef Patty: ½ kg beef keema (with 40% fat) 1 tablespoon black pepper (kaali mirch) ½ teaspoon salt ½ tablespoon crushed red chili (kuti hui laal mirch) 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon vinegar (sirka) 1 slice bread (double roti), soaked in water and squeezed Butter (for cooking) Cheese slices (as required) Burger buns 👩🍳 Procedure for Patty: Take ½ kg beef keema (40% fat) in a large bowl. Add black pepper, salt, crushed red chili, soy sauce, and vinegar. Soak one slice of bread in water, squeeze out excess water, and add it to the mixture. Mix everything well with your hands until fully combined. Shape the mixture into ½ inch thick patties using your hands. 🍳 Cooking Method: Heat a non-stick frying pan and lightly grease it with butter. Place the patties in the pan and cook on low flame. Sprinkle a little black pepper on both sides while cooking. Cook until both sides are nicely browned and fully cooked.
