CORRECTION TO THIS VIDEO: SINCE PUBLISHING THIS VIDEO I HAVE DISCOVERED THAT THE SELECT - DESELECT WINDOW FUNCTIONS DO NOT WORK AS I SAID IN THE VIDEO. When the window is created from top to bottom only entities completely enclosed are selected / deselected. When the window is created from bottom to top even partially enclosed entities are selected / deselected. In the video I incorrectly say it is right to left and left to right that makes the difference. This tutorial shows some line functions (polygons and rectangles) I have not shown before. I expected these shapes to come in as blocks, but the shapes are individual lines This means that it is necessary to select all the lines of a polygon object to correctly modify that object. I also found it interesting that the number of sides on the polygon by center & corner was different than the same number for the polygon by 2 corner functions. I also show the bisector function Later I show some hidden functions in the select menu. Control-K is a quick way to deselect everything, but there is also some hidden features in the select and deselect by window. (Left to right an object must be completely enclosed to be selected, while right to left will select an object only partly enclosed. Again, Please check out my web site http://create-and-make.com/welcome/. There you will find many examples where I used LibreCAD to create drawings to explain things.
