Healthy White Sauce Wheat Pasta | Oats White Sauce | Easy Pasta Recipe Make creamy and healthy white sauce wheat pasta using oats powder – no maida, no guilt 🤍 Perfect for quick lunch or dinner! 🥣 Ingredients: Wheat pasta – 1 bowl Salt – as per taste Milk – 1 cup Olive oil – 2 tsp Capsicum – 1 (chopped) Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp Oats powder – 2 tsp Black pepper – ½ tsp Chilli flakes – 1 tsp Oregano – 1 tsp Boiled sweet corn – 1 cup 👩🍳 Method: Add wheat pasta, water, and salt to a cooker. Boil for 1 whistle and drain the water. Heat 2 tsp olive oil in a pan. Add 1 chopped capsicum and a little salt and Saute well. Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and fry for a few minutes. In a bowl, mix 2 tsp oats powder with 1 cup milk without lumps. Pour this mixture into the pan and stir continuously until it becomes creamy. Add boiled pasta and mix well to coat with the sauce. Add ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp oregano, and boiled sweet corn.
