Kilcreggan to Rosneath Circular with Inverclyde Ramblers 1/5/21

This was a 10 mile circular walk from Kilcreggan. we took the high rd up through Millbrae plantation offering us some lovely views over the Gareloch as we made our way to Clach MacKenny trig point which afforded us tremendous views over the surrounding area, the Gareloch, Loch Long, and northwards to the Arrochar Alps We had our lunch stop here before heading for Rosneath Holiday Park where we broke off for a coffee break,Then it was off again passing through Rosneath home farm and the ruin of Kilcreggan castle on our way to Gallow hill and the TV mast yet again an excellent viewpoint then the walk was all downhill as we made our way back to Kilcreggan and our ferry back to Gourock.
