This is 'Temple Tempest'. This is the 2nd and final temple level in "Donkey Kong Country" for the Game Boy Color. It is the 4th level of Vine Valley. It is the fourteenth level of the game. There are 2 bonuses in this level. This level hosts Gnawtys riding on Millstones. However, this time, they will chase the Kongs until they are blocked by a wall. An Animal Buddy named Expresso the Ostrich makes his debut in this level. He can run fast and glide by flapping his wings. However, he cannot defeat any enemies. He is located in the first bonus room. Avoiding Gnawtys riding on Millstones is the way to pass the level, as well as dealing with Kritters and Zingers. There are 2 changes in this level from the Super Famicom and Game Boy Advance versions. The major change of this level is the graphics! It is no longer daytime. It is now rather nighttime. In the Super Famicom and Game Boy Advance versions, the level is daytime. Expresso can no longer glide fast. By the time you approach the letter O of the K-O-N-G letters, he is useless, as he glides WAY too slow in this version. You can't keep him, as you'll glide to your doom if you try to get the letter O with him! In the Super Famicom and Game Boy Advance versions, Expresso can glide fast. You can also get the letter O with him. Unlike the Game Boy Color version, you can actually keep him. Difficulty numbers 1-10: 1. Very easy 2. Easy 3. Fairly easy 4. Slightly easy 5. Medium 6. Slightly hard 7. Fairly hard 8. Hard 9. Very hard 10. Extremely hard Difficulty on this level: Slightly easy Requested by TNTKnockaBob.
